How has New Maroon Camp impacted you? :

New Maroon Camp changed my life. I was a Nervous Nelly coming out of state and living in a different college town my whole life (war eagle, lol). But New Maroon made me feel so safe and welcomed that I already felt at home. It also helped me seeing familiar faces on campus automatically that I wouldn't have known if not for New Maroon Camp!!

Favorite Song/Artist:

"Own It" by Drake

Favorite Food:

Fajitas

When asked about a “Dream Date”:

Abbey said, "My dream date would be in Chicago. We'd go to my favorite breakfast place called Wildberry Cafe, go to Millennium Park and take some pictures, go to a Chicago Cubs game, and end the night at a Drake concert. (Expensive, but worth it).

Favorite MSU Memory:

My favorite MSU memory would be participating in the first ever Mississippi State Dance Marathon last year. I was on the Entertainment Committee and this year I get the honor of being Vice President. It was just one of those things that you don't realize how much it will impact you until you're in it.

Favorite thing about Mississippi State:

Everything, but especially the people. I genuinely haven't met someone here who doesn't care about people or their university. Mississippi State is so diverse to where every. single. person. fits in and finds their place, and their voice. For that, I am forever grateful to be a Mississippi State Bulldog.
