Advice for Freshmen:

"Don’t stress about your major. It is okay if you change it or if you decide after two years in one major that you want to do something completely different. Enjoy the process and find something you are passionate about! The rest will fall into place!"

How has New Maroon Camp impacted you? :

"NMC confirmed that I made the best decision when I chose to attend MSU. I was inspired by the passion every staff member had, gained confidence in my own abilities, and was filled with so much excitement and anticipation for what the next four years would hold at Mississippi State."

Favorite MSU Memory:

"When we *almost* beat Bama during the 2017 football season. Even though we lost, there was so much energy and joy throughout the stadium, and it was so much fun getting to cheer on the Dawgs until the very end!"

Favorite MSU Tradition:

"Singing the alma mater at the end of every football game whether we win or lose. To me, there is so much unity and pride and linking up with your best friends and belting out how much we love our University even if the football game didn’t go our way!"
