How has New Maroon Camp impacted you? :

My experience as a New Maroon Camp counselor during my sophomore year was one of the most gratifying experiences of my college career. I got to invest in the lives of students in the most exciting and fun-filled venue. Through the competition, the dancing, and the friendships I developed, I became a better leader, friend, and MSU Bulldog.

Favorite Song/Artist:

It changes every day. . . Either "Blessings (Reprise)" by Chance the Rapper or "That's What I Like" by Bruno Mars

Favorite Food:

Pepperoni and Cheese Bites from Stromboli's

When asked about a “Dream Date”:

Nicholas said, "It would take place in Starkville, MS during football season. We would get up around 10:00 and grab some breakfast at Chick-Fil-A. After we eat, we would head to the Junction and spend the day tailgating and enjoying the college football atmosphere. About 2 hours before gametime, we would head to Davis-Wade Stadium, where I would introduce my date to the #1 love of my life -- Mississippi State Football."

Favorite MSU Memory:

I know a lot of people have probably said this already, but the 2014 Auburn game (my freshman year) where #3 MSU beat #2 Auburn and sealed the university's first #1 ranking in the history of the program. As a die-hard MSU fan all my life, I prayed for years that one day we would reach the heights of #1 in the country. The fact that we reached that feat my freshman year of college is a memory I'll never forget.

Favorite thing about Mississippi State:

Mississippi State allows students to be whoever it is they want to be. If you're someone who's trying to come to Mississippi State and build off of everything you've done all your life, then the university will put you in a position to succeed in doing so. If you want to wipe the slate clean and start from scratch, Mississippi State is a place where you can find what fires you up and chase after it. It's the greatest place in the world.
