It means finding your people! Coming from out of state and not knowing anyone, I was incredibly nervous about moving to a whole different state. NMC gave me the opportunity to form friendships and lifelong bonds with people immediately after stepping foot on campus! I met some of my best friends through this organization and it has altered not only me as a person but my time here at MSU!
