To me, New Maroon Camp is a chance to start fresh with people who are all navigating the same new chapter. It’s a place where nerves turn into excitement and where you realize you’re not entering college alone. NMC is about creating genuine connections, finding your place, and stepping into Mississippi State with confidence. For me, it was one of the first times I truly felt grounded on campus, surrounded by people who encouraged me, welcomed me, and made Mississippi State feel like home.
