How has New Maroon Camp impacted you? :

NMC is the best way to start college. At the beginning of camp, I was a nervous freshman who did not know what I just got in to, but as camp went on I felt a sense of contentment and excitement rise over me that I was at Mississippi State. It gave me confidence to know that I was absolutely in the right place surrounded by the right community of people. It shows me that college is exciting and that we are all here for a reason. It really shows how Mississippi State truly values each and every student.

I want to go for a hike in the mountains, have a picnic and then a bear shows up.

Everyone at Mississippi State embodies a community. The sense of community here is like none other and it’s everywhere you go.
