Reach out!!! Every person you meet coming into college wants to make a new friend and they want to be friends with you! It’s scary to be the first person to initiate conversation but it is so worth it!!
How has New Maroon Camp impacted you? :
NMC gave me incredible friends and invited me into community and involvement on campus. My NMC counselor still continues to pour into me two years later. Most importantly, I would not have been able to go into freshman year with the same confidence that I had without New Maroon Camp.
Favorite thing about Mississippi State:
The people!!! MSU has such an inviting atmosphere because every student is so intentional.
